This trip is for Hampshire Dormouse Group members, to the PTES reserve Briddlesford Copse, on the Isle of Wight. This is a great opportunity to get some experience in checking dormouse boxes and potentially handling dormice if they are present on the day.
Cost (including transport from Cowes): £30.
See attached flier for more information. To book your place, fill in the booking form and return to Alison Hogan on email@example.com.
We’ll be at the Wildlife Day at Fleet Pond with our HDG stand. Please come and say hello, ask questions about training and events, learn about dormice and make a pom pom dormouse or dormouse mask to take home! Hope to see you there!
The next event that the HDG information stand will be appearing at will be the New Forest Show 2016. If anyone would like to help on the stand talking to the general public about dormouse and our work, plus all the fun of making pompom dormouse your time would be greatly appreciated. To encourage members and assist with possible costs/expenses the committee is willing to compensate members up to £25 per day for their commitment. Plus, free entry (full adult price £20) to the show ground.
The event details are as follows;
26th July 2016, Tuesday
27th July 2016, Wednesday
28th July 2016, Thursday
0830 – 1830 hrs
