The National Dormouse Monitoring Programme (NDMP) is led by the Peoples Trust for Endangered Species (PTES), Natural England and Royal Holloway University of London. Running for the past 25 years, the NDMP collates data from over 300 sites throughout the United Kingdom, with several hundred dormouse monitors who organise box checks during the year.
The Hampshire Dormouse Group is working with other nature conservation groups within Hampshire to monitor several NDMP sites. Please find the current distribution of NDMP sites in Hampshire here: March 2014. Why not volunteer with the Hampshire Dormouse Group and become a dormouse monitor?
